Piraeus Port Authority S.A. –Founding member of the Hellenic-Kenyan Chamber

According to its Board’s unanimous decision Piraeus Port Authority S.A. signed as a founding member of the Hellenic-Kenyan Chamber of Industry, Commerce, Development, Tourism & Culture.

Piraeus, the largest port in Greece and one of the largest ports in the Mediterranean, plays a crucial role in the development of international trade. Piraeus Port Authority S.A. is a modern and dynamic company providing high quality services.

As mentioned in the relevant press release, important cooperation projects between PPA S.A. and Kenyan Authorities that can prove to be beneficial for both parts started developing from last year.

Within the framework of strengthening transit trade Piraeus and Mombasa are going to sign a Memorandum of Understanding enhancing thus Kenya’s trade bonds with E.U. under the means of international transports via Piraeus. PPA S.A. has already invited  Mombasa Port Authority to visit Piraeus.
