Alexandros Vellios

He was born in Athens. He studied philosophy in Paris (PARIS IV). He has worked as a political journalist and columnist in newspapers (TO VIMA, MESIMVRINI, Acropolis, VRADINI, EPENDYTIS) and magazines (AGORA, POLITICA THEMATA). He has been director at the radio stations Channel ONE of Piraeus (1986-1987) and CHANNEL 15 (1988-1990), as well as television presenter-producer in television stations (CHANNEL 5, EXTRA, ALTER). Political advisor of the chairman of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, D. Daskalopoulos, between 2006-2014. Today is a founding member of the think tank DIANEOSIS, chaired by D. Daskalopoulos, political commentator on  the main newscast of the TV station KONTRA, and responsible for the series of essays MicroMEGA by ROES / PRINTA editions. He speaks English and French.
